1. About xOpsys

xOpsys is a gaming community administered by dFxGainwarD. These terms cover xopsys.ro, the xOpsys account and its own services linking to them: Rust server information, profiles and leaderboards, the blog, applications, APIs, the community Discord bot and official apps. Contact: contact@xopsys.ro.

Server rules supplement these usage rules. Shop purchases and external platforms have separate conditions disclosed before payment. A partnership, link or sponsorship does not mean that the third party operates xOpsys.

2. Accounts, access and conduct

Provide accurate information, protect your password and access only accounts and features you are authorised to use. Report unauthorised account use. Signing in or linking Steam enables profile-related functions without automatically granting administrative rights.

Respect the server rules, the law and other people's rights. Cheating, abusive exploitation of bugs, harassment, threats, fraud, malware, unauthorised access and service disruption are prohibited. The terms of Steam, Rust, Discord and other platforms you use also apply. Minors must meet applicable age requirements and rules concerning legal representative approval.

3. Server, profiles and leaderboards

Profiles and rankings use server records and public information available through Steam. Delays, errors or changes following server updates or resets are possible. A ranking position does not guarantee a prize, rank or benefit.

Access may be restricted for rule violations or to protect the community, proportionately to the circumstances. You can request reasons and review of a sanction by contacting us with your Steam identifier and the relevant details. We do not disclose information that would compromise security or other people's rights. Suspension does not automatically remove statutory rights relating to a purchase.

4. Applications and communication

Forms may use your Steam name and account email for identification and replies. Provide only relevant information and do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. Submitting a request, including for a community role, does not guarantee approval. Email communication alone does not grant server administration access.

5. Shop and consumer rights

The server shop is available through Tebex. Check the product description, final price, benefit duration, any renewals and the seller's identity at checkout. Payment and supply are subject to the order conditions and Tebex Checkout terms. For payment or refund issues, also use the contact details in the order confirmation; for server benefit activation, contact us directly.

Consumers retain mandatory statutory rights, including, where applicable, a 14-day withdrawal period and remedies for non-conformity. Immediate supply of digital content or full performance of a service affects withdrawal only where the required legal conditions, express consent and acknowledgements are met. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.

6. Content, apps and APIs

Rights in the website, original materials and names belong to their respective holders. Rust and Steam rights remain with their owners; running the server does not imply official affiliation. Do not redistribute materials without permission or a lawful entitlement.

Public APIs may provide Rust statistics and blog posts. Do not overload the service, bypass limits or combine data for harassment or unauthorised identification. A public profile does not lose personal data protection. Contact us about access conditions for extensive automated or commercial use.

Download apps from official sources and check device requirements. Notifications can be managed in the app or operating system. Functionality may depend on Steam, Google or external infrastructure.

The Discord bot may provide commands, levels, media playback and AI features. Respect rights in requested materials and do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. AI features may send questions and context to OpenAI; results can be wrong and must not be the sole basis for important decisions about people. Using the bot does not transfer ownership of your content to xOpsys.

7. Availability, liability and changes

Interruptions, maintenance and incidents may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free statistics. This does not remove obligations for paid services, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.

Revised terms carry a version date. Changes do not retroactively alter accepted orders; significant changes to ongoing services are subject to notice and rights required by law and contract. Data processing is explained separately in the Privacy Policy.

8. Complaints and applicable law

Send questions or complaints to the contact address. Romanian law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protections under the law applicable to them. We do not impose American arbitration or a waiver of access to competent courts. The right to contact ANPC or other competent authorities remains unaffected.
